- MLMike LibbingAug 7, 20251.0The final product was ok (except for the wrong door installed and not fixed) but the project was completely mismanaged. What was supposed to take 1-2 weeks ended up taking over three months due to the terrible project management by the company. Much of that time I had a piece of cheap styrofoam installed in the room instead of a window . I ended up having to find some of the boards they needed at a local lumber yard! I gave them information several times which was never passed on to the onsite team. And they installed the wrong size sliding door - way smaller than the one clearly articulated in the contract and they have not tried to make it right at all. The company refused to accept responsibility for the mismanagement, which was blatant. Hard to imagine a project being managed more poorly than this one.
