  My husband and I originally started our full kitchen remodel with another large local company/designer. After sixteen months of seeing no real results and feeling a lack of support and communication we decided to move on and forfeit our retainer fee. Contacting Amanda Cerra at KSI Rochester was the best decision we made regarding our remodel. We could not be happier with the process and end results. Amanda and the KSI team quickly earned our trust. My husband and I are detail oriented and every concern was handled with patience and professionalism. From the initial design, to changes along the way, Amanda listened, communicated clearly and ensured every detail was perfect. The crew Mark and Tyler were professional, punctual and remarkably clean throughout the entire process. They treated our home with the utmost respect, and the quality of their craftmanship is evident in every detail. Every trade, from the countertop installers to the tile backsplash, it was evident that everyone took great pride in their work.   We selected KSI for our kitchen remodel after reviewing several other local companies. From the moment we walked into the office each and every encounter with them was just wonderful. From the designers to the installers and outside contractors, everyone was so professional, easy to work with, and so knowledgeable of their craft. Special shout out to our designer Amanda who really took the time to understand our priorities and balance them with design suggestions. She nailed everything. Installers Mark and Tyler were an absolute joy to have in our home and their attention to detail was astounding. Job was done in the promised time frame and we were in the loop every step of the way. We love the finished product and have already begun to work on our second project with them. Can't recommend them enough.

  Upgraded existing kitchen cabinets and installed additional bathroom cabinets. Amanda at KSI did a great job matching existing cabinets and finding the existing counter top stone. She kept us informed during the whole process. The installation went smoothly and work was neatly done.

  Kelsey P treats customers like complete garbage. i’ve never been treated so terribly in a business, talking down to me, acting better. to top it off, my daughter is a doordash driver and delivered her food and a coffee to this location with zero tip. No one go here. they are rude to their customers and other customer service folks.
