We got our floors With the help of Brian. although they have many, many options, I had a hard time finding the right floor and color… Brian was very patient and ended up finding us exactly what we were looking for!!   Subject: Feedback on Recent Flooring Project Dear, Perfect FLOOR, Craig We recently had flooring installed throughout our home and overall, we are very pleased with the final outcome. The Sienna flooring looks beautiful, and Russ and his coworker did a great job with the installation. However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding parts of the process. First, we had a very negative experience with Sean, who removed our kitchen tile floor. He used an angle grinder with a diamond blade, which created an extreme amount of dust throughout the house. As a result, we had to wipe down every surface — including pantry items, dishes, and silverware — which was a huge inconvenience. His employee, on the other hand, used the proper tools (a pry bar and shovel). In addition, holes were left in the walls, and “dusty” was written on our countertop, which was both unprofessional and disappointing. Photos will be attached. We felt there should have been some type of credit given due to experience after explaining to Craig. Regarding the flooring installation itself, while the work turned out well, my spouse and I did notice that some planks were set aside and later placed in the installers’ vehicle. Since Craig mentioned the order was overestimated and that two boxes were reimbursed, we suspect there may have been closer to four boxes unused. We just want to ensure the materials were handled appropriately. Lastly, we were surprised by an additional $300 charge for “moving items and a small repair by the fireplace.” We had already placed our washer, dryer, couch, refrigerator, and stove on rollers with rubber wheels for easy movement, so there shouldn’t have been significant effort required. We had planned to give Russ and his coworker a tip for their good work, but this unexpected charge changed that. We wanted to share this feedback so you’re aware of both the positive and negative aspects of our experience. The finished flooring truly looks wonderful, but the issues during removal and with the extra charges left us a bit disappointed overall. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain the best flooring options for my space and made sure the installation was flawless. The quality of the work is outstanding — you can tell Brian takes real pride in what he does. My floors look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
