  I have gone there twice to try to get carpet in first house and wood floors in second house. Dressed in jeans and hoodie and each time none of sales people wanted anything to do with me and my husband. Sucks to be profiling snobs, cause I have 1000 sq feet of hard wood flooring I want done.

  Quoted as a 2-day flooring install, the project ended up taking 6 visits and almost a month. I paid in full upfront. Project management and communication were poor—I repeatedly had to contact the office, and missing or damaged materials, along with poor time management, caused additional delays. Customer service was lacking and unprofessional. The work was eventually completed but the process was stressful, disruptive, and below expectations. Revised: please note everything does not look great (this remark in the response is a misrepresentation). The flooring looks good. The baseboards are not satisfactory. Issues with transitioning in the foyer and no end return near door-wall. Given the last interaction onsite I choose not to have these fixed by Perfect Floors as I do not want them coming back out. I still have to deal with replacing the face of my dishwasher (to which I was credited $200), repainting my front door, which was scratched during installation and throwing out left over material left in my garage. This is after material was not ordered correctly, received damaged material, late arrivals and some visits of only a couple hours led to delays over the holidays. I am glad they will learn from this as I too will learn. I was offered an additional credit of a couple hundred dollars but declined. I feel my review is more than fair as a 3 star (okay).

  We had a great experience with this flooring company. The staff member who assisted us took the time to answer all our questions, explained our options clearly, and made sure everything stayed on track. We’re extremely happy with how the floors turned out.
