  Just had my A/C unit replaced and these guys did a fantastic job! The installers were friendly, easy to talk to and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure it was working properly before they left. They also kept things neat and cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing a good job! I highly recommend Briarwood Heating & Cooling to anyone.

  Just want to thank Luke and everybody who was over doing the whole job they did a phenomenal job. They listen to all my questions and answered every single one of them and Even helped out with the thermostat setup. Would definitely recommend. The service is from Briarwood Heating And Cooling

  Terrible customer service. My heat went out this last winter, the tech came at 10am and didn't have the part went back to the shop to get the part came back with a defective part. Said he would be right back, the shop is five minutes from my house. Didn't come back until 5pm knowing I was waiting in my house freezing. Also overcharged me for the part. Will never use again.

  We just had Briarwood Heating and Cooling replace our furnace and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Their professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal. As part of the install, we asked that the water feed to the humidifier be from the hot line instead of the cold line. They replaced a rubber hose feed with an excellent copper line feed, including a good valve. The work was clean and when the work was completed, the area of work was cleaned up. Highly recommend.

  I called to have my furnace chimney cap reinstalled after it had been blown off by high winds. The response was immediate. The technicians were professional and explained everything in detail. A price estimate was provided prior to preforming service. Unfortunately after further inspection it was discovered the original installation of the furnace, done years prior by a different contractor, was done incorrectly therefore a new chimney liner could not be installed without contracting a brick mason. Although the techs spent the better part of the morning working on the issue I was only charged for the initial service call/inspection. I found this to be extremely fair. I would definitely use again.
