Quick extremely good communication and problem solved. My father installed a generator for my house. He made a wiring mistake and we just couldn't figure it out. We called these guys and ask them to come take a look to see what they could figure out. They came within an hour and a half and helped him understand what he wired wrong. Extremely nice guys. Extremely helpful. Took a giant weight off my chest. I cannot recommend them enough. What a terrific experience please give these guys your business. Will definitely use again.

Called 3 weeks ago. They said they could service my generator. Haven’t from them since. Totally ignored. Under staffed? Maybe. Communication? Horrible.

Frequently Asked Questions About North Country Power Generation

How does a home standby generator work?

A home standby generator is designed to detect power outages automatically. When an outage occurs, it starts within seconds and begins supplying power to your home. Once utility power is restored, the generator shuts off and remains on standby for the next outage. These generators typically run on natural gas or propane, utilizing your existing fuel supply.

Can a standby generator replace my utility service?

No, a standby generator is not intended to replace your utility service. It's specifically designed to provide backup power during outages and should not be used as a primary power source for your home.
