Bussard Appliance store was established in 1947.We are still here today because of all of our loyal customers.We are very thankful to all of our customers.My dad bought bussard store in 1979 and we have had it ever since.We kept the bussard name because bill bussard had such a great reputation.Bill Bussard still calls us from time to time and wants to know how things are.We started our lansing store in 1976.The store is called Electric Appliance parts.We are family owned and operated.
Our business is growing.We are adding a new line of parts.Starting in the fall of 2013 .We will have garage door opener parts for all major brands.Our web site will not have any pictures of these parts,but you can call for model look up.

The most recent purchase was a furnace blower motor. I wasn't sure if the motor or the capacitor was bad so they had me bringing both to test it. When they discovered it was the blower motor Smitty pulled out a new one from the back and was very kind to show me how to rewire it, which is the part I was most nervous about. Everything worked just like he said and we can't thank them enough for all their help.

The first time I went, I knew the fix was one of 2 problems. They suggested parts to 1 of the problems because they thought that was the problem and they were right! I appreciated they didn’t sell me both types of parts when I only needed one. Because of that experience I came back when I had another issue and they steered me to the correct part again. Highly recommend them!
