  Have been using them for years. During a home inspection, inspector could not get the sewer camera past a certain spot ant 13 feet and was looking for major concessions. I brought my guys in at Horton and they were able to get past it easily and out to over 120 feet. I watched the video and was amazed. Then had them clean out the area which was some small thin roots from the top and then rescoped to show it was clear. Very professional and saved me a ton on concessions. The tech after this them showed me about their annual program I could use at the next house. Great Job!!!

  Ron came out to replace my sump pump. He was very professional and experienced. I typically would have tackled something like this as I am willing and able, but due to timing and need, it was not possible. That said, I can read through most trades. It was not the case here. He was very knowledgable, did not suggest unnecessary things and did it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me and even offered advice and ways to do things I would not have thought of. This is a huge tell that this was a guy that knew his trade - his level of experience and professionalism is hard to come by these days. Do yourself a favor and trust Ron and the folks at Horton - they will take care of you with no bs.

  We had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink while we were out, flooding two floors of our condo. We contacted Horton and Sean Fritz called us back immediately and was here within the hour to make repairs (on Good Friday). He documented everything thoroughly for insurance. He also gave us a recommendation for a remediation company who was here within two hours to start drying things out. We were feeling helpless and lost as to what to do when we came home to this disaster and Sean was the person who help us get to the correct next steps. He was fantastic. Thank you, Sean!

  We had a great experience with Horton Plumbing from start to finish. Dawn made scheduling easy, and Jered truly went above and beyond. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made sure we understood each step along the way. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. We will definitely be calling Horton Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking!

  Brett and Ethan were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were thorough with their inspection of our craw space and was able to diagnose the leakage problem. They also patiently answered all of my questions and explained the work along the way. It is rare to find people who are this thorough and trustworthy. I appreciate their open discussion and clear explanation. They quickly got the clogged pipe flowing again, cleaned up and put everything back with my approval when they were done. If you have any drainage issues, I would highly recommend going through Horton Plumbing and ask for these guys. They are definitely my savor today. Thank you again guys!!
