Instead of telling me stuff has to be replaced, his experience allowed him to know where to adjust and fix the current equipment. Saved me a lot of money and time. Thanks for your help Dan. The entire team at Cummings was great to deal with. Nancy kept me informed and even was proactive about the billing and the options I'd be given by Dan. Definitely calling these guys again if I need plumbing help in the future.

Before the plumber started I requested that he make sure he didn't need anything else, and that I could run to Home Depot if needed. The plumber proceeded to dismantle the toilet and then told me I needed a 4" flush valve which is a special order, and that I really should buy an all new toilet. I declined and after the plumber left, I installed the 3" Flush valve which fit perfectly. Also, I measured the hole and I'm not sure how the plumber thought a 4" inner diameter flush valve would fit into a 3.5" hole. Note two other jobs were finished acceptably.

After such a great experience (price point and professionalism) I knew that I would use them again for any future plumbing needs. Enter Fall 2025 when I needed an 'irrigation shut off valve' in my basement replaced. The office staff was so helpful in scheduling. Brandon was fantastic in his knowledge (got in and got out without belaboring the project!) and professionalism (pre-arrival contact, respect for our home, clean up, etc.). I highly recommend Cumming's Plumbing!
