  Had a great experience using Property Revolution. Curtis and his crew were very quick and fair/when coming over to provide an estimate, fixing the siding of my house and putting on a new roof! Definitely will use them again.

  My husband and I both have over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, so we approach hiring contractors with a very high level of scrutiny and care. Property Revolution completed an extensive scope of work on our home, including new roofing, siding, three decks, a roof extension, and the removal of a chimney and fireplace. Throughout the entire project, they demonstrated exceptional leadership and oversight. They consistently stayed on top of the crews, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and details were met. The crews were highly proficient and took genuine ownership of their work. It was clear they cared deeply about craftsmanship and the final results, which showed in every aspect of the completed project. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. After conducting multiple contractor “interviews,” we repeatedly came back to Property Revolution, and that decision proved to be the right one. Based on our professional background and firsthand experience, we can confidently say that Property Revolution delivers reliable, high-quality results. We would not hesitate to work with Property Revolution again should another project arise, and we strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented contractor.

  Zero stars if that were an option. The only positive part of our experience with Property Revolution was Perry, the salesman. Beyond that, this project was deeply disappointing. Price-wise, they were middle of the road—not cheap, not premium. Unfortunately, the workmanship reflected neither value nor quality. We were promised design renderings, but no drawings were ever delivered. As a result, major design decisions were made without our approval. Fascia boards were installed on the sides of two decks, a look we strongly disliked, yet we were never shown a rendering of the final design. The quality of work was very poor and sloppy: • Uneven board spacing on one deck • Railing post covers improperly installed • On the second deck, two different board colors were used and the issue was blamed on Trex • Multiple fasteners missing • Sawdust and debris left everywhere Communication was also a problem. Our initial contact stopped responding to emails, and a new project manager eventually took over. It then took three months for them to return to address the issues. Unfortunately, the second attempt at fixing the work was equally flawed: • Fascia was trimmed, revealing visible gaps • Uneven, poorly cut boards • Boards not properly flushed or aligned Overall, this was a frustrating experience with substandard craftsmanship, poor communication, and inadequate project management. I strongly recommend staying away and looking elsewhere.

  Great job Property Revolution! Finally a company with integrity and values. When I signed on with Property Revolution I was working with Amanda and she was the reason I went with this company. Amanda's knowledge, understanding and caring brought comfort and I knew I would be in good hands. Now Matt is overseeing everything and making sure to help with all the insurance BS. I couldn't do this without his help. He is prompt on calling back and staying in contact. However, I give it up to the roofers Property Revolution sent out. They were absolutely amazing and outstanding. They were the hardest workers I have ever experienced. They made sure everything was done professionally, their clean up after the job was finished was immaculate, way better than when they came even. They were so detailed oriented to the point of brooming my whole deck, putting everything back the way it was and they even made sure all my fenced in gates were closed and secure so my dog didn't get out. I hope you commend the roofing guys because they deserve to be recognized. Thank you all for your hard work and honesty, it is very much appreciated.
