I highly recommend Trusted Heating and Cooling Services. We needed a solution for installing AC while keeping our boiler heat in our uniquely designed home and Trusted came through exceeding expectations. Every member of the team listened carefully to our concerns. Chad reassured us that the system we were seeking would be properly sized to efficiently cool the home; Jennifer- the owner- paid a special visit to get eyes on the project herself and ended up recommending a special discharge component since we tend to lose power. The electrician was impressed by this technology as well and this gave us even more reassurance as to the quality of their work.
I can't say enough about Jeff, Kyle and Fidel- they did an awesome job in stalling the equipment, keeping us informed with every step long the way, and teaching us how to use the system when the installation was complete. They got it all set up for us, and were meticulous with their clean up and design- both of which were important to me. I want to give a special shout out to Fidel for the work he did under the deck.
Now, instead of dreading hot sleepless summer nights- we can rest easy knowing we are ready for the heat! Thanks, Trusted!
This wasn't the first time we've received an estimate from Trusted in the last six years. Each time for a different job. But this was, by far, the most sales-like experience we've had. It seems the company's tactics are changing, and not for the better. It was a turn off to hear about how great the company is and how awesome Mitsubishi products are. While the price was the highest est we received, it didn't help that Chad seemed to push the sale way too hard. Words like "seal the deal", "we pride ourselves on selling a certain amount to be a certified Mitsubishi dealer" and "what do we need to do to get you to sign today?" Do not convince us that the we are being listened to fully. Also, having to take up more time just to get a husband and wife together showed some disrespect in a wife being able to communicate. One more thing, an estimate was never emailed us. It was only said by word of mouth over the phone. Not having a hard copy isn't settling. We had you help with aeroseal duct work years ago. And maybe we'll call you again for other estimates in the future. This time around was not our best experience. Sorry.
We recently had a new HVAC system installed with Trusted. The service was amazing from the start. Chad did an amazing job explaining the process and all the options available to us. The install was easy and the guys were professional and efficient in their work. We are extremely happy with our new system and would recommend trusted to anyone looking for HVAC services. We want to say Thank you to the entire team at Trusted!

I’ve used Trusted Heating & Cooling for a few years now. They are very good at communicating, accommodating my schedule, and their service techs are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
EDIT: the owner contacted me and had Jacob come out to look at the system. He went through how everything should work, explained the thermostat and different new systems, installed the beauty panels, and scheduled a time for an installation of a water hammer mitigation to help with the noise of our humidifier. He even tightened up a few things that were causing some vibration noise. I very much appreciate his work and look forward to the followup appointment to test the cooling once the warm season comes.
Well, I wasn't going to share a review, but I received a text message requesting one so here goes.
My wife and I needed a new AC unit, and we preferred having a heat pump rather than just a traditional AC and furnace. Chad was the best part of our experience, he explained everything very well and was very good about answering questions and getting back to us quickly. We agreed to replace both the AC and update our furnace to a new one, with some other minor modifications. A little bit pushy trying to get us to start the project the very next week, but we agreed to a discount to get on the schedule ASAP.
Then, everything started going downhill. We were told this was a simple 1-1.5 day project. It was finally finished after 6 days (spread across 2 weeks). And the installers tracked muddy bootprints across our house and never bothered to clean up after themselves.
We were sent a "quality checklist" while the project was still incomplete where they actually stated everything was complete and they had cleaned up after themselves, I sincerely disagree. They even forged a signature stating that we were satisfied! I included snapshots with spots highlighted where they signed off on things being done when they not. It was also "signed" on Feb 27, 2026 when the final appointment to finish things was on March 9, 2026.
As far as the project itself, I understand that there were some wiring issues that needed to be addressed (which couldn't have been known about ahead of time), but the communication of that information was not handled well, and several times someone came out just to find out they couldn't do anything. And now that everything is complete (I think, no one has ever actually said they are), we are left with a system we have no idea how to use (no instructions on how to use it, no owner's manual, nothing). And these new thermostats do a terrible job covering where the old ones were, when we were promised they would have "beauty panels" to make sure the walls were covered properly. For the amount of money we spent, I expected so much better.
The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because the project is finished (I think), and the system seems to finally be working (I think).
