- GSGreg SmithJun 16, 20211.0I called them, he was rude and didn't even want to help. When I told him how much I paid for the new well at my place, he kept saying "no way, I would never do that, you called the wrong place." Over and over, and I didnt even want him to do a new well.
- GDGeorge DepewSep 7, 20171.0Mother in law lost water they came out said pump was bad had no winding resistance in motor charged a $150 to tell this and done nothing said like $2000 to fix we ordered a new pump for $200 and replaced it myself pain removing old pump found pump housing was broke I installed new pump flipped the breaker no water tested power was none they wedged a 1/4" pipe plug in between the point lever and point body I removed plug and had power pump work great got thinking if they did this to points figured I better check pump windings for resistance and guess what nothing wrong only reason wouldn't pump was because pump housing was broke and was pumping water into the casing would not use or recommend this company to get a glass of water very unsatisfying
