  Not open on the weekends. Had to call three times for an appointment (they promised all 3 times that salse person would call us back). When they do meet with you, they do not offer any material to look through. Several days after the meeting and we still do not have any of the information they promised to email us. Honestly, I'm not sure how they get any sales or stay in business.

  We love our Morton barn. We had it built in 2000 and it looks just as great today. Whenever we need anything we continue to get awesome customer service! Buy with confidence if you want a great (and stylish as you want it) barn!

  Amazingly the same story. Contacted this company before covid started. Gave sizes, plans, lay out ideas, and just everything I had. I've been waiting since February 27th 2020 for any sort of update or information and nothing. I've called multiple times to try to get ahold of someone and nothing. I hope this isnt Morton Buildings as a whole because I see their work everywhere.

  After sending a few email communications and visiting the Palmyra shop for a quote, NOTHING. We spoke of size, color, windows, doors and location. I also sent project numbers of similar projects that I am looking to build. And still NOTHING. I can't imagine, after seeing several other reviews like this, how the Palmyra shop stays in business.

  This is the worst building company EVER. Have friends who have already paid for a garage last JUNE AND IT IS STILL NOT UP. This is unacceptable and I am posting this on my Facebook page and more
