We hired an inspector and it took us few weeks until the team came over and installed new pump sump back up and new drainage from outside. Guess what, they leave a big mud everywhere in our basement, stairs and outside. We had to clean it up. After that, there were few leaks due to a possible cracked drainage and cause a flooding around pump sump area and even it caused wet in our floorings we just installed! We kept calling then a multiple times and even left a voicemail. Someone replied in ont text message and it took them to send someone come over in a week later but only looked at that, that’s all? Then they ghosted us. We aren’t happy with their service! We had to call someone who replied very politely and quickly!
