The place only had 3 customers at the time, including me. I tried supporting a local business, but Lowes provides better customer service to me.

When I was ready to finally order, the lady there that day, (says she was the owner) asked who was doing my project. I told her, she rolled her eyes and suggest someone else that could do it for less. She also started to tell me I was doing the bath all wrong, that she had done thousands of bathrooms, etc, etc.. I was totally lost for words. I had used my installer, Matt on three of projects and loved his work. I decided to go elsewhere for the tile and found the same thing for 30% less... I have never been treated so poorly and will never go back.
