  Can’t rate lower than a 1 star so 1 star it is I guess, we had a pretty good first impression when we spoke with them on the phone and their first visit, had them come out and locate lid and could barely locate it, then we had them install a riser on our tank, they install the riser and install a lid in the middle of our sidewalk that 2 inches below grade, had them come back to fix, didn’t do anything just told me to put a landscape stop on top of it in the middle of my sidewalk(would look real classy by the way). Fast forward a 5 months to this last weekend, March 2026, our septic tank is filling with water and we have them out to take a look at it and pump it out, they send a manager not pump truck and he tells my wife I need to come home so he can tell me and explain to me what’s wrong because he doesn’t want to talk to her, seems a little sexist to me but whatever, I leave work to come home for him to tell me the exact same thing and to say that they did it the right way without even doing any investigating or questioning the installation guy or anything just says it’s fine we’ll pump it out every couple months because it’s so expensive to replace it, so instead of offering a fix or a proper solution they just want to pump our tank out and charge us for it monthly and we would lose use of our lower bathroom or have a sewage backup, absolute joke of a company and horrible customer service, 0 stars would definitely not recommend Convenient that you can’t reply to your reply, your manager or field service person degraded my wife by telling her to have her husband leave work and meet him at the house so he could explain it him instead of her, telling us that you pump out monthly for customers who can’t afford a new field or system without even knowing our financial situation, we asked for a free pump out so we could actually see if the riser you installed was installed correctly and not leaking, instead of even sending a pump truck out you sent someone out who could tell us it had nothing to do with your work and blame everything else, we wanted a pump out and inspection and instead we get a manager who doesn’t want to talk to women and a company who no longer wants our business, thanks for the reply but no thanks, we’ll go somewhere else

  I had an absolutely the best experience with the service provided by this company. Charles came on time and emptied my tank in a very timely matter. Answered all the questions I had about my tank and the system in general. Will definitely be using Turner Sanitation in the future. Huge Thank You!

  I just spoke with Don, and he was so nice to answer alot of questions for me, even though I found out that his company doesn't come out north of i69, which I would need. He could have just hung up, but proceeded to tell me what I need to be aware of, so that whomever I get, so the job gets done correctly. I had 2 people say get Turner, they are the best, so, Don thanks for your time! You truly are a man of integrity 👏 His secretary was very helpful, also

  Awsome service and pricing! Needed emergency last minute service and they took great care of me. Technician that came out to the house was very professional! He gave me some great advice for taking care of my septic system. Definitely recommend this company!
