- TJTamika JohnsonAug 30, 20251.0I requested a quote to set a scheduled rental of 3 golf carts and then I'm asked to keep calling back twice. When I call back the third time trying to confirm, all of the golf cart not available due to the Arts, Beats, and Eats. All I know this is very unprofessional. Calling your business back three times to follow through with getting golf carts confirmed is not good business. The fact that you don't follow up call the customer back after they call your business. Asking the customer to call you back. Horrible customer services. Now I don't have transportation for my senior reasoned members this weekend. This is how you treat your new customers. I definitely will not recommend to any of my members.
