When I call back the third time trying to confirm, all of the golf cart not available due to the Arts, Beats, and Eats. All I know this is very unprofessional. Calling your business back three times to follow through with getting golf carts confirmed is not good business. The fact that you don't follow up call the customer back after they call your business. Asking the customer to call you back. Horrible customer services. Now I don't have transportation for my senior reasoned members this weekend. This is how you treat your new customers. I definitely will not recommend to any of my members.

Never called me, I had to call them 5 different occasions. 1st it was my salesman quit, but they let it sit there for 2 months. Then 3 separate calls to tell them to do fluid changes. Finally I just went and picked it up yesterday, they said they will process $500 credit, turns out they credited my account on 12/28/21(never called and told me that). Why didn’t they call me and tell me we credited your account back in December? $224 for a diagnostic that said it was to old to work on and can’t get parts (right). 2 hour diagnostic that cost $276 for staring at it for 5 minutes? Maybe it was 15 minutes?
