  We are grateful for the outstanding service and personal attention we received from Midwest Door and Window. Just days before moving to our new home, our garage door failed catastrophically. Our car was trapped in the garage and moving vans were sheduled to arrive in a few days. We called Midwest Door and they came to our rescue. Their immediate response and quality of work was the absolute best. If your are trying to make a decison about doors and windows, go there. They are good people.

  Went looking for the Phantom Screen door. Found that and a great set of Weather Shield French Doors in their showroom. Sales were friendly, helpful, and responsive - even with questions after the sale. Installs done were as scheduled, with professional courtesy. They left the area perfectly clean. Service with a smile! Couldn’t be happier - and can recommend Midwest Door & Window without hesitation!

  We moved into a new home last year, and noticed half of the window screens were defective. I worked through the builder and Midwest to have the screens repaired or replaced. Two of the 10 screens were repaired (a 5 minute repair), the others replaced. Of the ones replaced, 2 of them had the same problem. The service tech noted this on his report. Called Midwest and they refused any further service, the usual excuses. This is not a reputable company, they are not service oriented and just don’t seem to care. I strongly recommend using someone else.
