- MSMatt SmithOct 13, 20201.0Very disappointed. They were nice at first, brought them my newly acquired towable air compressor to check over and service. Once they had it, it was hard to get ahold of them on the phone to check progress. When I finally got ahold of them, I was told they didn't do much and it was ready for me to use. Within minutes the compressor was acting up. Ordered a manual online and began to troubleshoot the issues and immediately found out that there was no compressor oil in my unit. Went back to buy some compressor oil and then they became very angry and rude, first saying that they would get me some , then saying that I had to go somewhere else and they will not work on my equipment, they have more important things to work on and that I needed to leave their facility immediately. "There is the door" the service manager rudely told me as I was already leaving. I wasn't even allowed to ask about renting one of their compressors to be able to continue my work. Very rude and disrespectful, they either didn't even look at my equipment or intentionally sent me away to use it without oil so that I would ruin it and be forced to buy a new one from them. Not a good way to run your buisness. All customers should matter.
