They sold me windows that are energy star rated for the deep south. I'm freezing in my home, went to ER on 12/9. I'm disabled w COPD and they tell me everything is fine.

Very professional from start to finish dealing with the schedules, sales team, project managers and install techs. The process was smooth and everyone along the way was very friendly. Very happy with the final product (attic blown in insulation)!!

I am extremely unhappy with my entire experience — from the sales process all the way through installation and follow-up. I spent $27k on a roof, siding, and gutters, and the level of professionalism and quality was nowhere near what was promised. 1. High-pressure, disrespectful sales tactics The salesperson was in my home for almost SIX hours and stayed until 11pm. As a single mom, this was incredibly disruptive. They pushed hard for the sale and didn’t respect my time at all. They also misquoted the project, leaving out soffits, fascia, door capping, and only quoting 4 of my 6 windows. After I signed the contract, they attempted to add another $2,000 to fix their own mistakes. 2. Misleading promises and poor communication They hire third-party contractors, which I was never told upfront. I didn’t get to speak to anyone about my project until 12 hours before installation. They advertised tenting the home during roof work and doing multiple magnetic sweeps for cleanup — neither happened. They also never pulled the required permits for my roof and siding, which I found out afterward. That alone shows a lack of professionalism and care. 3. Terrible cleanup and corner-cutting The cleanup was so bad. Nails, debris, and materials were left all over. It was nothing like the thorough cleanup and magnet sweeps they promised during the sales pitch. They did come back out to fix things, but these were issues that should not have happened in the first place if the job had been done correctly and with care. 4. Poor workmanship and damaged materials The fascia on the front of my house was scratched and dented. The project manager first tried to “fix” it himself by buffing the scratches and popping out the dent. When that didn’t work, he created a work order — yet the replacement still arrived scratched and dented. I was told this was “normal” and that the scratch could be covered with a Sharpie. Completely unacceptable for a project of this cost. 5. Rushed sign-offs and no accountability Every “final sign-off” was scheduled at inconvenient times. I was literally on my way to daycare pickup and felt pressured to sign paperwork before things were actually finished properly. 6. Cheap materials and ongoing issues The gutters are poor quality, and the siding has already fallen off three times — with one piece not even lasting 24 hours. Instead of addressing the underlying problem, they simply nailed more nails and dismissed my concerns. Overall, this company over-promised, under-delivered, cut corners (even legally), and gaslit me through the entire process. Even though they did come back to fix some issues, the fact that so many problems happened in the first place tells you everything you need to know. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest quotes, proper permits, quality materials, or reliable craftsmanship.

High pressure sales tactics were used during my meeting with Khal. He went through quite a lengthy presentation about how his company is transparent and has integrity. I originally just thought I needed insulation and then we started talking about a new roof due to returning mold growth. However, when it came to presenting the pricing, he presented a generic quote of over $11,000 for a new roof and insulation. I asked for a detailed breakdown of what went into that number and he told me that he can't give me that, no one in the industry would give me that level of detail, he was confused about what else he could show me, etc. Then he started to ask me if he was bad at his job, said he was terrible with follow-up, and that he would only make $150 off of the call. I told him I was getting multiple quotes before I would make a decision and he kept pushing to get me to sign so he "didn't have to come back". There was several red flags that were shown just by asking for details on the costs, which typically means they are hiding something. Khal wasn't joking about poor follow-up because he was going to email me something when he got home that day and I never received anything.
