I was very stressed out about this whole thing, because I'm an older person and scared about the money. What if it wouldn't be good, but Eli came in calmed all my nerves, and I had questions about everything. And he made me confident that the job would be great. And if anything went wrong, he'd take care of it. And that I didn't have to be afraid of that that he would make sure everything worked out. And if something happened, I could call him in the future. You know, if something, if I had leaks or whatever, he gave me the confidence that this company and him would make sure everything would be taken care. And he calmed my nerves completely. He's excellent. He really is! The crew was very professional. They stuck to their job and they got it done. So unbelievably quick, they were very polite, very kind to me. Every time I came out, they asked me how I was and they went beyond what I was expecting.
