This company was hired to install new garage doors so they removed the old door went to install new doors and they realized they had the wrong doors, they said it will be a week or 2 before they can come back and finish so they made a make shift wall out of the garage door panels they have and my personal plywood that they didn’t ask to use, the wall was very flimsy and someone could have barley pushed on it and been able to steal stuff out of my garage. I use my garage to work on cars for part of my living so to be without it for 2 weeks is unacceptable. They show up 2 weeks later to finish they job and don’t have lumber to do they job so they call and tell us that we need to go get them some lumber or they won’t be able to finish that day and they don’t know when they will be able to come back, we offer for them to look through our scrap lumber pile and for them to help themselves since we have already been without the garage for 2 weeks, they work all day and call telling us that the job is “finished” but one of the 2”x6” boards that we provided was warped to hell and if we (the people that paid them to install insulated weather tight doors) wanted the trim and weather stripping put up we would have to get the lumber and weatherstripping and just finish it our selves, so we explain to them we hired you to do a complete job you need to finish it so he gets an attitude and says I guess I’ll jusy have to come back later. I get home from work to find the doors up but no weatherstripping and that they had used some of my tools and extension cords without asking and left them all over the garage as well a mess of sawdust, wood chunks, and screws all over the place. I go to use the door it goes up fine I pull a car in and go to put it down the door will only go down about a foot before it snags and a roller pops off the track, I then put the roller back in I have to manually guide the door down with the opener and the door stops about 2 inches off the ground, they called the next day to apologize for their attitude and to say they will be over to install the weatherstripping we tell them the door doesn’t work right so fix it too, they worked half the day to finish it seems to work right as of now, but these people have been nothing but headaches I would suggest using anyone else. Response to the companies response: They should have realized the door was wrong before they destroyed my existing door and put a flimsy peice of plywood up for over 2 weeks, so you arnt a very experienced installer to get it right
