- RPRon PerryMar 9, 20265.0So on Saturday the power pole at the road had a failed insulator arc and backfeed into my line, frying both electric panels and a washer. I called ringbloom in milan and solar electric in ida and two other places that all stated having 24 hour emergency. Nobody called me back. The lineman from dte had come out the following day to check up on us and he recommended Newport Electric. I called them about 9:30am. They had someone there by 11:30am. They found other panel had been hit too. They replaced both panels and did not leave until they were sure all was good. I come from a family of builders and have seen many electrical panels over the years and I have to say I have never seen a panel wired so neatly and clean in all of my life!! These guys are top notch.
