  40 bucks worth of parts, 8 mins of shovel digging and 1 hour of actual work: (Not smoking, sitting in the van or visiting the office multiple times while being 30 mins late all together.) 3,587.88 in labor!! Never again. Ps. If they bring a excavator and do not use it.. you will still be charged as if they did. Good Luck! Update: Got a call from Mr Kretsch asking me to remove this post because "it does not represent his work properly. The invoice does not list any of the work we actually did, just what your property manager wanted written!" It has been 2 months and I still do not have a work order for the "real" work done. (only the fraud) If there was never a broken pipe.. why would I even call?

  We had Richard K come back to our home to check on a repair for a clogged pipe they fixed in February. Wife thought it was acting up again. He checked out everything and found no issues, he also fixed a small leak under our sink. Being a little past our 30 day warranty there was still no charge. I would highly recommend Frost and Kretsch for any of your plumbing issues, they have responded both times the same day. We need more service companies with this work ethics, Thanks Richard. We will definitely call again for any plumbing issue we have in the future.

  I needed my hot water tank replaced. Rich came out to install the new one and took the old one out. He brought the tanks down/up the stairs without one single problem. He made sure everything was working properly before he left, answered any questions I had and made sure everything was cleaned up! Frost & Kretsch has fair pricing and offers quick scheduling for those that fear the worst is going to happen if something doesn’t get fixed right away 🙃 . I will be using them again for any plumbing needs that come up in the future.

  F&K came to do unclog my drains, replace the faucet and restore water pressure through out our home. Andrey S. came out and he was professional, informative, fast, and nice. He worked quickly to remedy all the issues with our plumbing. He was clear and concise when describing what we needed and the cost of each task. I will recommend F&K Plumbing to anyone who's in need of plumbing services.
