They offered an appointment between 2 and 2:30 in the afternoon on Dec 23. I have never had a plumber who gave that short of an arrival time, text me when they are on their way, and arrive 2 minutes early! After the job was complete, they cleaned the area to look like the issue never happened! We normally tip when people come out and especially when they do such a great job. I forgot! Please look for a card for Ryan sent to the Muskegon office. Amazing job!
