We had an old 1955 plumbing pipe system replaced with new pipes from under our garage to the main sewer line plus other work. Throughout the service starting with Luke to Travis and (Levi, the other Travis, plus the other guys) the communication and repairs/replacement were excellent. The cost was reasonable. I'm 100% satisfied with my new pipes and cleanout. It feels great to have excellent plumbing! For any future needs I will use and recommend WMSSD.

My home was built in 1957 (68 years old). In 2018, I experienced my first sewer back-up of water into my basement floor drain because of tree roots. Luckily it was dishwasher or washing machine water. As a preventative maintenance, each year since then, West Michigan Septic, Sewer, and Drain has come to my home. Today, October 24, 2025, was my annual main-line (home to the City main sewer line) maintenance that was performed by Ryan. He did an excellent job. He kept me fully informed of what he was doing, performed the work efficiently, answered all my questions, and completed the work at a reasonable price to both cut the roots and camera my line. Most of the homes built in the 50’s and 60’s used a pipe material with a 50-year life. If you are concerned about a nasty and costly sewer back-up, give West Michigan Septic, Sewer, and Drain Service a call. I highly recommend them! It will give you a peace of mind.
