  Chad from Central Wells did an awesome job getting our water back on. Making sure the pump was working, un-freezing a section of pipe in the crawl space and replacing some bad parts. He was a very thorough and friendly

  Seen and read a lot of 5 star reviews before booking a morning appointment for three weeks down the road being the earliest they could do the job. Morning of the appointment I was informed that they could hopefully be to my house by 1130. I thought morning hours would be somewhere in neighborhood of say 9 A.M. told them I had plans that were going to now be impeded and they seemed a bit surprised that I actually had afternoon plans that didn’t include them. Had to cancel the job due to time constraints they created. If you book a job with this company, good luck.

  Excellent customer service! I called other places and never received a call back. I called Central and was able to speak to someone right away. Chad was very thorough and professional and prompt. I would recommend them. They have my business. Thank you!
