  Had batt insulation installed in our basement and noticed the difference right away. The crew was on time, professional, and did a clean, solid install with no gaps. The basement feels warmer and more comfortable, and overall efficiency has definitely improved. Would recommend.

  We hired mitigate X to do an assessment in our attic space in Clinton Township, MI, surprisingly insulation wasn’t the only thing we needed for our home, we had bigger moisture problems than we expected, water damage was occurring from the exterior causing major damage to our home on the inside, the team was able to effectively dry out the area, remediate and sanitize the affected area and get us back to normal conditions, after the dry out they gave us options for air sealing and also spray foam insulation options! Thanks team

  We hired mitigate X restoration for insulation removal due to a harborage issue of rodents, they effectively helped remove the insulation while providing us with each step by step process of installing and sanitizing the environment, they also connected us with a pest professional to eliminate rodents and helped with sealing entry points, If you have insulation problems or rodent issues in Warren Michigan, they are a good choice!

  Insulation was needed in crawlspace. The Mitigate X Restoration team removed old insulation and replace with spray foam, they also air sealed before installation & explained the process step by step. Definitely highly recommend!
