He fixed the issue, and talked through some maintenance points with us to ensure we get the most out of our furnace. We booked him for routine maintenance visits moving forward. Thank you Mark!
- JJJeremyFeb 9, 20261.0I was speaking with my mother about her hvac and I thought I left a previous review here but I guess I did not after checking.. this place is a scam. Last year when my "smart" gas control valve took a crap I called iceberg to come out and help me out. They told me the gas control valve they don't make anymore, good luck finding one on ebay, have to hope it works yadda yadda. Guy gets on the phone with "his boss" "what can we do to help this guy?" Scam playbook play along.. calls back ok looking at $2,500.. sure buddy have a nice day we're not going to waste any more of each other's time. Downriver refrigeration had the part for I believe was $500. 15 mins to replace and that was because of how the furnace is situated in a closet space. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Since this fiasco I have had other people i know have good luck with Justin time mechanical. Just steer clear of iceberg. They look to take advantage of people.

My technician, Jeff Stamper, was fantastic. He was engaging and patient, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and was clearly an expert who knew what he was doing every step of the way. He was able to identify and fix several problems right on the spot. I highly recommend him and Iceberg to anyone with hvac issues. You are in great hands. A+
