He explained in detail the steps he was taken to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. It's obvious to me, that Iceberg Heating and Cooling hires and trains their people to be the very best.

- TSTim ShewcraftNov 5, 20255.0My tired and cranky two year old hurt his finger just as Tom and Eric were finishing, and they were super nice about letting me take a few minutes to tend to him and help him calm down. As if that isn't enough said, they were at the house within an hour of calling. Both were courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining the issue and repair in terms I understood. They showed me their measurements and took the time to answer all my questions. Sorry Google, but I am never again searching for HVAC services
