As if that isn't enough said, they were at the house within an hour of calling. Both were courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining the issue and repair in terms I understood. They showed me their measurements and took the time to answer all my questions. Sorry Google, but I am never again searching for HVAC services

Our furnace was installed wrong by a former owner of our house, so it never wants to kick on in the fall. Collin came out, cleaned it, and updated us on the state of our furnace. We have the protection plan with Iceberg and they always take great care of us.

He took the time to walk me through everything, noticed that I had already tried to fix it myself, and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. He was honest, knowledgeable, well mannered, and just an all around wonderful person. I’m so glad we made the appointment with Mark and Iceberg. They’re officially my go to place, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone!
