It seems like they’re playing with the mix poor quality and no accountability. Very disappointing experience with both Milford Concrete and Pulte.

During the job with Milford, there was a snafu, however, unlike the other guys, Milford immediately sent someone to the jobsite to view and discuss the issue. Kyle was expedient, kind, calm, understanding, and customer focused. The issue was resolved amicably and appropriately without hesitation. Beyond that, the mud is also great, consistent, and exceeded the psi ordered. Thanks guys.
