They showed up when they said they would, paid attention to the small details, and delivered work that genuinely impressed us. - LLLaurieJun 12, 20201.0I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. They took 5 times to install a sump pump correctly, and tried to charge me $4,000 to stain a 500 square foot deck. They were in the process of remodeling my house when it was flooded in 2020 and they took a note off my door from the City of Midland Building Inspector which stated no work should be done in the house until it is inspected by the City per Fema regulations. They took the note, never told me about it, and continued to work on the house. Finally a week later I confronted the company owner about this, Brandon Boothe, and he said he was worried I would be "stressed out" if I found a note and that is why he didn't tell me about it. After sharing my experience with several neighbors four different neighbors told me they knew of Tri City's poor reputation but they did not want to tell me about it because I had already hired them. Had I done my research beforehand I would have seen that they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.
