  Supreme Floor Covering in Midland is top-notch and understands the value of customer service. I enjoyed working with Ron who understood my needs and had excellent recommendations for carpet replacement and vinyl flooring. After making my selections, I coordinated my schedule with Gary who ensured that there were enough days planned for my large work order. My installer team (Dustin, Sam, and Dave) was fantastic and did a quality job from start to finish. I was also able to let Frank know that we were extremely pleased and very thankful when we needed to readjust the schedule and they came through for us.

  Do not have these people do anything at your home they come install carpet how they want instead of way it was supposed to be done. Then force you to let same people who messed it up come fix it. They come fix it show up with attitudes. And refuse to discount anything after their installers mess it up and I have to take another day off work for something that should have been right the first time. Worst customer service I've ever seen out of local company.

  Throughout the years, we have always used Supreme Carpet for all our flooring. The service has always been great, so when we decided to buy new carpeting for our living room, naturally we went back to them. The customer service was exceptionally friendly right from sales to installation with a follow-up phone call just a couple days after installation to make sure we were happy with the carpeting. Our carpeting came in within a week and we were able to schedule installation right away. We were able to get top of the line carpeting at a fantastic price with a warranty. Supreme is nothing but the best and we highly recommend them!
