Everything From the rep who came out to do initial consult n bid (Don) to the army of their crew that came out to do the work n to the office personnel that handled the paperwork (Vicky) we were very pleased with. Their crew that came out to do all the work ALL were very nice and respectful n a great bunch of guys! We had a couple different bids from other companies and all bids were similar in price but we picked O’Keefe as they seemed the most organized n knowledgeable for our situation and we definitely chose right! Our Generac is now installed properly n we can have that peace of mind when the power goes out!
