  I was so happy to have found Modern Concrete. I have a barn that needed new cement floor on one side of it because it was braking. Tim was very helpful and a honest man. He put me on the schedule for the following day at 9:30am. When the day came Tim called me that there was an opening and that he could deliver sooner than 9:30am. But I wasn’t able to get ahold of my husband to let him know, so he could be at the house by the time the driver got there. So I called Tim back to let him know that we would just leave it for 9:30am. Now we had ordered 5 yards of cement but noticed that we were short. My husband at first was like we did the measurements right why are we short. Well let me tell you that our equation was wrong and that’s why we were short. The gentleman that did our finishing told the right equation to use to get how much he needed and we actually needed 6 yards. So as soon as I called Tim to see if he would be able to get me another yard he told me no worries that his driver had told him the whole story and that he was on his way. Thank you so much Tim and your driver as well. I’m so sorry if my son thought you were pulling a fast one on us. I will definitely be recommending you guys.

  Buyer beware.They don’t stand behind there product.Cement was cracking as fast as the guys was laying it down.Never seen anything like that.Very disappointed homeowner.Will never use them again period.Tried to work it out but they know what they did.There was a concrete mix shortage and they was trying to pull a fast one by adding way to much water.Lesson learned.They don’t deserve the one star I gave them.
