  I hired them to reset my gutters and have them flow towards the downspouts as they are sagging in places. Shared ahead of time that they are older copper gutters, and verified that wouldn’t be a problem. They came out unannounced several months later, spent an hour. No follow up just send me a bill for almost $300 which I paid but shouldn’t have. Absolutely no change in the gutters still sagging and spilling over. Called and talk to the older lady who I believe is the owner explain the situation and request a refund which was refused not very politely. Stated reason they came out regardless however, there’s no change in the actual problem I wanted fixed which was shared ahead of time.

  Our roof had multiple leaks and needed to be completely replaced. From their first visit, everyone at Kleinschmidt showed the utmost professionalism and knowledge. They were not pushy in their sales pitch at all, and helped to fix a “dead valley” - not something just everyone can do - but their expertise was needed in our case. Financing was easy, and the one tiny repair we needed after the soffit and fascia was installed was done quickly and cheerfully.

  Gutter and guards were installed fast, on budget, and they look great. I definitely would work with Klienshmidt again and recommend them to anyone.

  R. D. Kleinschmidt did an excellent job coming up with a solution to woodpecker damage in the gables of my home. The new siding looks great.

  RD Kleinschmidt put a metal roof on one of our farm outbuildings. It was a great experience from start to finish. Devin did a great job assessing the job and submitted a very reasonable bid. The roofing crew was courteous, focused on doing a great job and they worked very efficiently. I was very pleased with the final outcome and Devin did a great job supervising from beginning to end. I recommend them without reservation.
