The day before the appointment I was called by the person who was to come to the house and was told they didn’t come to my location on Tuesday’s, only Thursday’s. His secretary did not have his calendar but said they would call and reschedule. That was July 6, 2020; it is now January 2021. No call back, must be too important and they did not want my business. Too bad, another competent dealer did. I got a 22Kw unit.
