- BDBill DavisJan 12, 20211.0I had an appointment with them; made thru GENERAC several days ahead. The day before the appointment I was called by the person who was to come to the house and was told they didn’t come to my location on Tuesday’s, only Thursday’s. His secretary did not have his calendar but said they would call and reschedule. That was July 6, 2020; it is now January 2021. No call back, must be too important and they did not want my business. Too bad, another competent dealer did. I got a 22Kw unit.

I didnt have to ask them to take their shoes off, they just did every single time they came in and they left them on the porch. The installed a whole home Generac generator. They were courteous, thoughtful and their prices are excellent. The entire process from contacting them for a quote, to setting up paperwork for my association, to the install was totally seamless.
