  I just want to thank Dan and his electrical crew for tackling the 2 major (mainly changing out undercover halogen lights to LEDs) and 4 small jobs that they completed so well and quickly. I feel so much better knowing these electrical fixes are now done right and to code. Especially thankful that they troublshot a loose, sparking wire in my breaker box that could have potentially started a fire. Great job, crew.

  I've used Family Heating and Cooling service for years without a problem until recently! However, this was my first-time using the Madison Heights location in my new home! I scheduled a furnance maintenance and repair/replacement of condensation pump. This service lead to issues with my 2024 furnace! The company did send a technician back out; however, this time the technician stated I needed to replace the inductor motor. But, previously I was told everything was fine with furnance after maintenance service and condensation pump repair! I did replace the Inductor motor which has lead to more issues with my 2024 furnance! Also, I was qouted a price via phone by manager for replacement of inductor motor but, a different price by technician once arrived. The technicians price was $50 higher than originally told! I've called several times regading issues with no resolution from this company. In fact, the owner's husband Dan was so unprofessional. He stated that " He didn't care if I pursued legal proceedings." Needless to say, as a consumer this has left a bad impression and realization that this company values has changed and no-longer trust worthy!!

  Esam and Family Heating are amazing! All we knew when we woke up yesterday was that our thermostat was not working and our house was cold. Since we had Family Heating install the furnace in our previous home, their number had been saved and we called. By about 9:00 am, Esam arrived. In a short time, he successfully corrected the problem, while answering questions about the furnace and humidifier that had puzzled us since we moved in last year. Family Heating and Esam are a 5 Star Service for being courteous, dependable, extra helpful, reliable, and affordable.

  Great customer service! When my old furnace wouldn't light, a technician was at my house within hours. They diagnosed a faulty part and replaced it after a clear explanation of what was wrong, and even apologies that the replacement part was pricey cause my unit is pretty ancient. No hard push for replacement when a repair was possible. The next day the part turned out to be faulty and someone was quickly there to make things right. Happy to be warm and toasty again and know the company will help me out should anything else go wrong.
