  Colin was very thorough with my maintenance service visit. I had no idea how dirty my A/C coils were until he included photos of before & after they were cleaned! And here I thought by hosing them done and covering the unit all winter that was enough. Then I found out that soon I would need to replace a part that would extend the life of my unit. He also gave me tips on my furnace humidifier that I forgot to ask when my furnace was serviced. Their maintenance price was the best around.

  On March 25,2026 service tech Don Bell came to our home for a yearly furnace check. He explained what he was checking. And what he cleaned. He took photos of before and after. He was very professional and courteous. I wish more service representatives of other businesses were as professional. I had my furnace , air conditioner and electrical box replaced by Randazzo in November 2024. Every technician that has come to my house have been very courteous and professional. They all cleaned up when the were finished with a job. I would highly recommend them.

  Isaiah was on time in the window given. He was friendly an knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Isaiah asked if we had any questions and answered the ones we had to our satisfaction. Isaiah was very thorough in his maintenance of our furnace and ac. If we ever need a service call or maintenance in the future, I would like and request if possible for Isaiah to be our our technician. If not, I hope the technician would be like Isaiah. He's a great credit to the Randazzo Company. . ED & SUE MUNDY

  I asked for an estimate and information new efficient water heater my appointment was se up for Saturday 3/29 cleaned up room where water is I ask for appointment for after noon-2 because I was working. 1030 my phone begins to blow up with consistent phone calls I call back it’s the so called salesman he asks me if my electric meter was upgraded. ???? I ask why he says well we don’t come out unless your electric meter is upgraded . I said for an estimate and information.. I know nothing about the new water heaters now why would I upgrade my meter . Obviously they do not need customers……😡😡😡 sad I expected better from randazzo

  I contacted Randazzo for an emergency HVAC issue — my household was experiencing carbon monoxide symptoms and needed urgent help. I had booked a service/repair call as it needed repair asap. The technician who arrived informed me he could not perform the repair and that they were weeks out for service. Despite doing no work and despite the company's own website advertising free estimates, I was told I owed a $95 dispatch fee. When I asked to be invoiced, the technician refused to leave my home until I paid him in cash on the spot. He became intimidating and would not go despite multiple requests. I was left with no choice but to call the police and file a formal police report just to get him to leave my property. This was not a billing dispute. This was a man refusing to leave my home. When I contacted the company, they agreed to waive the fee but offered no meaningful apology and defended the technician's conduct. This was a frightening and completely unacceptable experience, particularly during a medical emergency. I would strongly urge anyone, especially families, to look elsewhere before calling this company.
