  Very professional and courteous, Jacob was very friendly. We got the Furnace and AC last year and they came out and did a yearly maintenance, fantastic company would definitely suggest for people looking at Furnace and ac repairs and/or replacement

  Called for emergency services for furnace said had a regular appointment for following morning. I explained furnace was out and I’m disabled living with disabled veteran and would take earliest available appointment even if meant paying for emergency service fee. Never received call back that evening, left message expecting call in morning, finally called them they said no bookings available until Monday now (was Friday afternoon when called) and were extremely rude and unconcerned that they delayed what may now turn into having to relocate disabled people. Not a company I’d do business with after this.

  Called Randazzo for an issue I was having with my water heater. The technician, Addison Batson, who came to service the water heater was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Addison quickly was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I I was only charged the service fee. I am extremely happy with the service from Randazzo!

  New furnace installed last year. I’m very happy with it. Price was reasonable. Installation was great. I just had my annual heating maintenance. The technician was excellent! (Isaiah C.) He went above and beyond. He ever so patiently reviewed everything with me again, care and maintenance the homeowner should do, controlling the thermostat, etc. and was able to diagnose a separate issue I had. Top notch service!

  BEWARE!!! We thought we had done our due diligence by getting three companies to give us quotes on a new furnace and air conditioning unit. But apparently we didn’t ask all the right questions. We went with Randazzo and were very happy with the finished product. The problem? They installed the system with a condensation tube running to the outside of the house - and apparently didn’t realize that Michigan has freezing temps in the winter. Long story short, the line froze and caused the furnace to shut down. We placed several service calls - with automated responses that promised a return call, etc., etc. We finally got a call back the following day and a serviceman came to the house. He quickly discovered the problem and pointed out that it was due to an error on the installer’s part. Then my husband actually was the one to thaw out the line and push the ice through, resulting in the furnace restarting. The charge for the service call was $97, even though he didn’t do anything. We called Randazzo to explain the installation problem and request a refund for the service call since it was due to faulty installation. Of course we got the runaround and were told that a manager would call us back. A few minutes ago a lady by the name of Crystal called to say they don’t refund any service calls. We have referred numerous friends and family members to Randazzo because we initially were happy with their products and professionalism, even though they weren’t the least expensive option. But today that ends. You’d think for the cost to them to reimburse for a service call that was DUE TO THEIR ERROR IN INSTALLATION that they would do the right thing. Very disappointed in their decision. We won’t be using their services in the future.
