The install team left broken glass all over my driveway. i called and spoke to a manager who said they would review it and get back to and offered me a discount on the remaining balance, but my card was charged the full amount. then i tried to call and speak to manager on 4 other occasion and each time the manage was not available and I was asked to leave my contact info and i never received a call back
