Alex arrived early and performed the maintenance and diagnostic testing in such a professional manner, I was indeed impressed. Additionally, he filled out the consumer rebate form, and remembered to deduct for a military discount. He spoke well of the company and it's owner (a definite plus-How an employer treats its employees says a lot about the company) From the initial conversation scheduling this maintenance a week ago, the fee surpasses the competition and I now trust Askar with my HVAC needs. The owner's son and daughter both spoke with my wife and I, further letting me know this company will be there for their clients without price gouging.
