I am a well informed VIP service customer now as I signed up to only have them take care of all my needs. Thanks Trevor and 911 mechanical! From the initial install to the service, you are top notch!!

- WRWILLIAM R. RowanJan 16, 20265.0I had a new boiler installed approximately nine years ago. In 2024 started having problems with the boiler not staying lit. The original Installation company sent out 3 different service techs But never did get it to work properly. When I reached out to Costco they had me talk with 911 Mechanical, And oh my gosh it was absolutely perfect. I had had it with the old boiler so much, I was ready to have a new one installed. Vince suggested, that gave me the option to try and repair it before replacing the entire boiler. Some parts were still under factory warranty. BONUS!! Chris came out and took a look at the furnace, stroked his beard dug in his tool bag and had it working within about 25 minutes. Chris came back a few days later after he had ordered the parts. Got them installed, now it is good to go for a very long time. If you have problem these guys have the solution.
