  Keith and Mike did an excellent job installing my water heater! They were very conscientious, knowledgeable, and cleaned up in a timely manner! I highly recommend for all plumbing job's.

  Our 911 Mechanical technician, Chris, was outstanding. Our furnace shut down last weekend, and an error code indicated there was a problem with our blower. Chris determined that the blower motor had to be replaced. He also noticed that our collection box, which collects moisture that forms inside the furnace, was dripping and should be replaced. Another contractor told us during last Fall’s inspection that we should replace our heat exchanger and clean our blower wheel. They would have charged $4,500 for those services. That contractor also tried to caulk around our collection box rather than replace it (when it was still under warranty). Chris told me that the heat exchanger was working fine, and that it was still under warranty if it failed. That part has a longer warranty than other parts. He also said the blower wheel also was fine. 911 Mechanical’s cost for the blower motor and collection box was $1,524 installed. While costly, it was $3,000 less than the previous contractor would’ve charged to fix something that wasn’t broken.. Chris installed the new parts today, one day after diagnosis. He inspected our furnace and cleaned up thoroughly. We’re very pleased with the job done.

  Edward is almost always the 921 representative that comes to my house. I appreciate this. He knows me, he ruffles my dog’s ears or inquires if she is not right there with me at the door. He is honest, trustworthy and always pleasant! I’m so glad he is the person who visits my house twice a year! See you on the fall Edward!

  911 was very responsive to my call and arrived the same day. The technician was polite and efficient, finished in about an hour. Told me of the problem and resolution and some helpful recommendations. I plan to use the to do my seasonal tune ups as well on our HVAC system.

  This is not our first experience with 911 Mechanical. We have used them a couple of times in the past and it’s always been a good experience. They’ve always treated us with respect and followed through on any promises. Today we had to get a new water heater installed and the guys did a great job. They showed up at the time promised and as always, were friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely fashion and I would use their services again in the future for my other home needs.
