  Very professional, responsive, and on time. Our tech Ryan Lowery was great. He spent a lot of time going through everything addressing all concerns and answering all questions thoroughly. I highly recommend 911 Mechanical.

  911 mechanical owned by a fire responder gave top tier service from customer support to installation. Incredibly happy to have hired this company as DJ, James and Anthony were respectful of my home and attention oriented to clean up and post installation instructions. The finished product looked better than I had anticipated in my basement even after I had them move the entire unit. Thanks 911!

  Trevor from 911 Heating and Ventilation company is a highly skilled professional who knows how to install, troubleshoot and fix plumbing, heating and a/c related tasks in a timely and professional way with great patience. Trevor installed three new bathroom exhaust fans and repaired and redid a poorly done duct work in our attic by another HVAC company.

  I was referred to 911 Mechanical by a friend, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. When my furnace went out, Ashton was incredibly helpful and efficient in coordinating a technician to come out as quickly as possible. Chris, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was professional, friendly, and very informative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend 911 Mechanical to anyone in need of service. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family!

  Vince recently sold us a new furnace and AC system, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The installation process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The team, James C & DJ were punctual, respectful, cleanly and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was explained clearly along the way, which made us feel confident in the investment we were making. After the install, we needed a minor adjustment, and the follow-up service was just as impressive. The technician, Chris W. who came out was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through what was going on, explain our system in a way that actually made sense, and answer all of our questions without rushing. He worked efficiently, and never made us feel like just another stop on his schedule. Most importantly, he made sure everything was working perfectly and that we were completely satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism, communication, and care these days. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 911 Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC work!!
