Upon walking into KSI, I was greeted by Alyson and was immediately waited on for help. Alyson was extremely helpful through the entire process from planning, to delivery, and even the last minute details at the end. Her upbeat personality, willingness to help research and problem solving abilities to make sure our bathroom was up to my standards did not go unnoticed. Alyson even helped me research vanity sinks to ensure I received the biggest size possible with my custom depth vanity. Alyson and KSI went above and beyond to ensure the final product was to my standards and what their company and quality stands for. Alyson continued to go out of her way to ensure my husband and I were happy with the final outcome. I will without hesitation use KSI for future renovations and continue to recommend KSI to friends and family.

- SJSheila JakelNov 30, 20213.0Products are very high quality, unfortunately the delivery & Service were not. After signing the contract in early Feb and paying 50% of the bill up front, there was shipment delays, and they wouldn't start until they had everything. We waited 6 weeks for a faucet (nothing fancy - we could have got it from Home Depot but that was not an option). They delivered what they had in June, which per the contract bound us to pay an additional 45% of the bill, and we still waited another 6 weeks before they started - they had 95% of our money. It's finally done with a few minor issues with the grout and design. I would have thought the designer would tell me that my sink is X size so to be sure to get a faucet that measures X in length, but I did not get that info so my faucet (that I waited 6 weeks for) looks small on my large sink. The Kohler products are very nice, but leave horrible water spots after each shower - ugh!
