  After an initial difficulty with a previous plumbing technician from Rocket Service Pros, Matt and Avery, arrived at our home to quickly and efficiently resolve the clog and diagnose the cause. They both cleared their schedules to dedicate the day to resolving our plumbing issue. They were serious, honest, and forthcoming about the cause, effect, and cost. They worked with us to reduce cost and avoid future plumbing issues. I am thrilled with the service they provided and with how they dedicated themselves to resolving the concern. Their HR advisor, Beth, was also instrumental in guiding us through the steps to get approved for financing with 0% APR. I appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I 100% recommend Matt and Avery for future services when needed!

  The service was good. The technician was professional, but I feel the service was way over priced for a toilet repair. I gave it a 3 star because of the price. The price I paid was very close to $400. I could have bought a new toilet for that price.

  Seth is an outstanding electrician and an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines skill, reliability, and such a great attitude. I highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced electrician.
