  The crew was great, did a wonderful job installing my new roof. They did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. Eli the project manager answered all the questions that I had and was very patient with me. He explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exterior remodeling.

  My experience with the Home Genius Exteriors crew was very pleasurable, very knowledgeable employees and very interpersonal. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to explain everything and the work was outstanding. Everybody has been so very helpful and knowledgeable. I thank you all so much. Eli the project manager was wonderful. It was certainly an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

  Can’t comment on the actual work of the company but the canvasser who came to my house was extremely pushy kept asking me what I was going to do and then called me bro lol! Very unprofessional and why do I owe a stranger an explanation about what I’m going to do with my roof! He also knocked on the door like he was the police that introduction alone is a no for me.

  So disappointed with their feedback or should I say non feedback. I had a 120minute onsite consultation. Unfortunately the price was much much higher than expected. So at that time there was “no deal” YET!!!!! But I never get the quote nor the promised mockup pictures of the house how it could look like. I mentioned at the very beginning of the appointment that customer service is one of the most important topic for me. That performance was really bad and I will probably stay away from Home Genius Exteriors.

  So this Company which many of you hire, Literally just hired subcontractors which you could hire the same person for much cheaper. I’ll give you the numbers this company sold the siding job for around $12000-$14000 with materials around $4000, Then they hired a guy who hired a guy to do the job. Well, the guy who hired a guy is a friend of mine and me and him did the work, Along with paying our helpers out of our pocket. With a promise from home genius that we would be paid upon completion. They made the claim upon completion that they had to “redo” the job, However, I drove by the property and looked very specifically at a piece that I did that I made a specific cut on and it’s the same piece I put up so nothing was redone so they are refusing to pay their subcontractors Who did the work. I promised my next step will be going and knocking on the homeowner’s door tomorrow to explain this to them. There is no reason when they sold a job for between 12 and $14,000 And already lowballed us the actual people installing the job offering us only $1800 to install the materials on site. I still had to use materials out of my work van, which I haven’t been reimbursed for, As they didn’t order all the correct material, But that’s more of a homeowner issue. The fact that you guys’s houses are being put together literally let’s say slapped together with whatever materials are available because the contractor that you paid over $10,000 to didn’t even order the correct stuff. And then on top of that, they’re stiffing their contractors so a homeowner is probably not gonna like it when they’re siding gets taken back off which after I speak with the homeowner would be a step three. I’ll make sure to leave it stacked nicely in the driveway how I found it but I don’t work for free and I’m advising anybody else you might as well not work for this company because they’re going to make you chase your payment after already lowballing you. All the while over charging some poor elderly couple. I can’t wait to talk to them tomorrow. I’ll be Talking to my lawyer shortly after that. Stay very clear of this company. Just off the top of my head Barrett or Kroll Would be far better choices than this sad excuse for a contractor overcharging you. Save your money and spend it with a company that’s going to actually make sure that they are paying their subcontractor so that way the work is getting done correctly and you don’t have to worry about a bunch of angry contractors out there who didn’t get paid for working on your house. REPLY: I can show screenshots proving this and now that I saw your reply I’m going to go to the homeowner and speak with them tomorrow I will be very clear, I worked on this property for three straight days and never received a dollar I will be going to the address 30341 and speaking to the homeowner this week. The fact that we have not been paid, shows your true business practices, Without going into any of the rest of it that shows enough in itself. You cannot show a payment that you paid us, Or at least that’s What your employees are telling us that we are not getting paid so I will go speak to them this week at the house and discuss with the homeowner how they feel about this so that they can write a review that way all your customers see who’s telling the truth here. Oh, and I Have screenshots, So I’ll be filing a civil suit as well But other contractors deserve to know that they risk getting paid if they work for this company just as homeowners deserve to know that there will be angry contractors out there because they didn’t get paid just like right now there’s a five guy crew all angry that they didn’t get paid for working on this house. I’m gonna have them All right reviews to reflect how they feel about working for this company, Since you’re saying, I’m a liar. Let’s see if I’m a liar after everybody else speaks up as well. They probably didn’t even know they could do Review you guys. If you want to make it right And pay what you owe, let me know otherwise I’m informing everyone I can to be wary.
