  I am giving 3 stars due to customer service and scheduling. The purchase process went well and the contractors building the shed went well. They even toughed it out in the rain. Now for the bad. I told their scheduling team that I hat time parameters they would have to meet. Mon-thur 7am-12:15pm or Friday 7am-11am and if they went over on time they had to leave and return another day since it’s being installed on a pre-K -8th grade playground and we can’t have them building outside with children playing. We agreed on a time and date. The day before they were supposed to arrive I got a text for a noon-4 arrival time. I immediately called to confirm our original time or reschedule which was no problem at all if we did and I was not in a rush for the install. I had a shed already in place I’d have to tear down the day before they install. After 3 calls to verify our schedule or reschedule I ended up with no answer or resolution even after being promised on the 3rd call I’d get a call back in 20 minutes. On to the day of the builder showed up in the morning like we originally planned and I did not take down the other shed that was full of stuff since I expected I’d be turning them away after noon when I expected them to arrive due to the change in scheduled time and no confirmation of the time being changed. Due to this headache I will source a different company next time and will not be referring tough shed to anybody. Being independent contractors, I would hire the builders I had again without question. (Precision timber and building LLC) gets 5 stars from me for flawless work and dedication to complete their job.

  Due to a friend having ordered a shed previously, having it installed by the Tuff Shed team, and the awesome experience throughout the entire process. I decided to meet with Tuff Shed team regarding our needs for a shed. After reading the installation horror stories from the big box retailers, I wanted to avoid that experience. Adam Hartson spent hours with my wife and I to make sure that every single detail of our new shed and installation would be perfect. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed and their team. I will be using their services in the future for our up North properties as well. Highly recommended!

  Tory and Anthony did a great job completing my 10’ X 12’. They picked up where the first team left off and brought the project home. I recommend them, and Tuff Shed.

  The Tuff Shed team was awesome to work with. We just completed a project on Harsens Island, a little complex do to the location. Jamie’s help with permitting and Ricky’s attention to detail in pre-planning and scheduling made for a smooth process. The magic was in our installers Jerry and Fred, two of the hardest working guys I’ve been around. Their attitude, demeanor and quality work resulted in pure delight on our end. Thanks Tuff Shed Detroit!!! Shout out to our man Kameron at Tuff Shed Minnesota. He brought it altogether as usual. The two locations worked great together.
