I had a relative that used to work for this company and told many stories of trying to charge a 91 year old lady $14,000 for something she did not even need after coming out and doing a cleaning. Also trying to charge people for a lot of things they did not need. I would suggest asking a friend or relative what you need before they come out. They will tell you you need thousands of dollars more than you actually do. I don’t believe this company is honest and I would not recommend them. I was actually there when they came out to one of my friends and tried to charge her $3000 more for something she did not even need. Luckily she had a relative that had already told her what she needed but didn’t do that kind of work anymore because they were retired for quite a few years.
