It’s nice to go into a place and have them thank you for being a loyal customer. This most recent visit was for a fairly straightforward job to replace the glass on top of my Mother & Father's dresser that I now proudly display in my house since they passed away. It is a vintage curved piece of furniture and the glass needed to be cut accurately. The staff (thanks Zack) listened to my request and made sure to deliver. Fits perfectly and looks great!! Thanks Henderson!!!

They answered our questions with enthusiasm, brought an extra bottom rim for future use, and even took a moment to show me how to find a wall stud for hanging a picture. The door looks absolutely stunning! We truly appreciate the wonderful service and highly recommend Henderson Glass.

As soon as I walked in, even before the entrance door closed behind me Zak asked if I was there for a pickup because he was heading into the back for another pickup and he would just grab mine on the way...very impressive start. Then Crystal at the front desk asked how she could help in which I explained what I was there for and with a big smile she headed into the back work area, two minutes after Roy comes out of the back, also, with a positive attitude and asks me a few questions. Proceeds into the back comes out 10 mins later and delivers with precision exactly what I was looking for. This kind of team work and exceptional service has to start from the top. We'll done to the whole team. Thank you for delivering!
