Just about anyone can cut glass, but I needed the frame as well. Many businesses I called were either unable or unwilling to help me out. Henderson staff were able to find a manufacturer that could get the whole job done. As it turned out, there was an unfortunate communications glitch with the manufacturer's scheduling that delayed things, but a big thanks to Zack (Livonia) for following up and getting them back on track. Kudos to delivery guy Roy who made sure everything was fitted and installed properly. He also found a billing mistake and pointed out an incorrect overcharge on my invoice that saved me the hassle of having to call and correct things. 5/5 for Roy's old school service and friendly approach to customer service! He is a credit to Henderson glass.
