  My experience was wonderful and I was extremely impressed with how fast my order arrived and was installed. Communication was awesome with providing me updates on the progress of my order. Floorama did a great job educating me on the different types of carpets that fit my families lifestyle (young kids & pets). Also, found me exactly what I had envisioned and hunted down a snow leopard print, which I had discovered it’s not easy to find but Floorama tracked it down for me.

  Ali and the team at Floorama Flooring Livonia were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous, and had great communication throughout our carpet install - able to answer all of my questions. When we had construction delays, they were flexible and worked around our schedule. We are very happy with the results!
