  Working with Brough Carpets was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They helped us select the ideal carpet and padding for our budget, the installation team was outstanding, and the follow-up ensured we were completely satisfied. While we initially planned to update only two rooms, we were so impressed that we decided to recarpet the entire home—including the family room, dining area, stairs, bedrooms, and hallways. We will definitely return to Brough Carpets for any future flooring needs!

  I've written quite a few reviews over the years - and if we could give Brough Carpets 6 stars, we would. We've bought all of our carpets from them for years and besides the high quality of their products, their service has been beyond terrific. A primary reason for doing business with local establishments is the personal relationships you can often build with the owner and staff, and Dave and his team are really awesome to work with About a month ago we went to Broughs to replace our carpets in the front room and the stairs - the last few times we had had the carpet cleaned they had mentioned it looked a bit worn. We visited with the folks at Brough and after speaking with them, they looked up our account and informed us that the carpet we had purchase previously had a lifetime warranty and the nature of the wear might be covered if we filed a claim. They patiently walked us through on how to file the paperwork, including pictures, and handled the entire process for us. As if that wasn't enough, we had purchased a new pad and when the installers came out they adamantly insisted that a new pad wasn't necessary. I mean - Who Does That?!? We can't tell you how relieved we were to get a free carpet after expecting to pay thousands for the install of a new one. I've run a number of companies and am a stickler when it comes to customer service - but our experience with this was nothing short of incredible. There's no way we can recommend these folks more highly - it's a terrific business with fantastic people. Thank you!!!

  My husband and I have used BROUGH for multiple jobs throughout our house and recently basement. I cannot speak more highly of this business as they are efficient, professional and get the job done. I cannot speak more highly of Dave and his team . You need a quote? You’ll have it in an hour! You need special attention Dave himself comes to your home. You have special schedule or payment issues BROUGH is there to help. I am happy to say that I have recommended them to others who agree . Do not hesitate to hire this small business !

  We had Brough Flooring come into our home and replace our flooring and carpet. The flooring was not put in very well and my husband has fixed 2 issues that were caused by a bad install. The carpet was put in very well and we are pleased with it. My advice is do your research before hiring anyone to come in and do any work in your home and charge you alot of money and leave you with a bad job.
