Installation day started off, finding an issue with the floor, and we thought the flooring wasn’t going to be able to be installed that day. Luckily, their employee, Bryan B, came up with a way to fix the floor, and he installed the flooring all by himself to make sure that it got done that day. He was an extremely hard worker! The floor looks great and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Brough Carpets.

Everyone at Brough was extremely helpful and went the extra distance. Not only did they make sure the work was done quickly, the installers did such an exceptional job, I really didn't think carpet could look so good. We will be back if another floor needs to be done.

Mr. Dave Brough, second-generation owner, was out to our home for measurements within 24 hours of my call. He listened carefully to my needs, and more importantly - since I hadn’t shopped for flooring in over 20 years - he made important product suggestions to insure the success of the project. I immediately knew I was dealing with the right company! The showroom on M-24 is clean, organized, and bright. They have a great selection, and Karen was able to answer all my questions about design, durability and maintenance. She welcomed me to browse as long as I needed, was incredibly helpful, and I was invited to take home many samples. Even when I reconsidered initial decisions on layout and color, the entire staff was incredibly patient with my process. Dave, Karen, and Lisa were were so responsive to my every question. They made me feel that my business and satisfaction matters from the start! The installation was stellar! In all my 30 years as a homeowner, I have never experienced this level of professionalism and expertise. Wayland Is passionate about laying carpet like a craftsman, with an eye for detail and aesthetic. The new carpet looks amazing! It’s wonderful when a shopping experience on a big ticket home improvement leaves you wishing you had more projects to do! Clearly, I highly recommend Brough Carpets!
