- RNRhonda Nicholson2 days ago5.0Had water issues in my basement and was told by someone that a sump pump would probably be the solution. So I reached out to Bruce Johnson Plumbing through their website and I was impressed with how quickly I hear back from the form that I submitted online! They were quick to get me on their schedule and when the tech, Max, was on his way to the property he called to let me know he was about 10min away. Great communication! He was very knowledgable and attentive to the problems we were experiencing ... and although he didn't think a sump pump was appropriate for our situation (he didn't try to sell me something that wasn't the right fit) instead he took the time to share some ideas for alternative waterproofing solutions. Overall, a great experience and if there is a plumbing issue that comes up in the future, I know who I will be calling.
