  We had a great experience replacing 21 windows and 8 pairs of shutters with Window World of Mid-Michigan. The entire process was seamless thanks to a fantastic team. Tom made the initial process easy and pressure-free. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. Brad handled measurements with perfect precision. Matt and his crew were efficient, clean, and did a high-quality job on the installation. Our home looks great. Highly recommend this team for any exterior project!

  My sales guy josh was awesome! Had a few places come out for prices on windows and he blew all of them out the water from the pitch down to the product and Definitely on price! He was the only one that could answer all my questions on the windows I had and gave alot of detail and went over every inch of the new one with his sample he brought with a great and helpful attitude!! They gave lots of detail and follow up on my windows as they were ordered and when they were expected to come in down to the installation day with more details on the process then I expected! Had 14 windows installed! My installers Matt, Sam, Ryan were awesome! Got the old windows out quick! (Some Mostly while singing to himself lol) All 3 were very helpful, (a 4th guy showed and I forget his name but was just as awesome) I am very noisy the whole time asking questions and making jokes and they explained the processes very clearly and informative and were very respectful! I am very happy with the work they did from start to finish! Did a awesome job with clean up hauled the old windows away and final walk thru! Definitely recommend these guys if you want good quality and price with professional installation and lifetime warranty options!

  I could not be more pleased with my final product of 11 new windows . For the last two days I have had Matt and Ethan working on my project and they could have not been more professional, kind, and they were great at communicating. Both days arrived on time ready to go, walked through the plan and got the job done . When I first chose Window world , I had a gut feeling they were the best team. Tom was my consultant , and made everything so easy , the office communicated installation day and stayed well within the 8-12 weeks from ordering . It’s a lot of money to invest in a project such as this and I’m extremely grateful as a first time home owner Tom , Matt , and Ethan put my mind at ease with everything. They’re financing options were also a plus and a bonus. Thank you Window World 10/10.
